Helping Families Move Forward With Emerging Adult Launch Therapy & Life Skills Services

Debbie Murad, LCSW, provides therapy for individuals, couples and families to bring their relationships back into balance. Her practice specializes in supporting families and young adults with behavioral and mood disorders including anxiety and depression, attachment disorder and other emerging adult challenges. By providing multiple services to help emerging adults launch from parental dependence to independent adulthood, Debbie Murad combines therapy with a custom mix of life skills, education and career counseling to help young adults take ownership of their future. The program also helps parents and emerging adults break their unhealthy communication patterns to become supportive partners in healthy separation with love.

Welcome to my practice

Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.

My style is both relational and holistic, resulting in immediate relief and positive changes. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Please call or email me for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation today. I am located in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, providing in-person and online appointments to residents of California

Whether you are married or single, you may have feelings as though you are on your own, especially if you are dealing with a difficult situation or behavior issues with your child. It’s important to address these problems, and seeking the help of a therapist and/or parent support group can alleviate the stress.
